انجمن برنامه نویسان پرل در یک.خرداد.1386 با هدف آموزش و مشاوره و در حوزه برنامه نویسی متن باز تشکیل و وب سایت انجمن آن با پشتیبانی تنی چند از فعالان در شش.تیر.1386 راه اندازی شد .
هدف از راه اندازی این انجمن ایجاد یک پایگاه فارسی زبان برای کسانی می باشد که به یادگیری زبان پرل علاقه مند هستند. و علاقه مندان به راحتی می توانند به یادگیری پرل در این انجمن پرداخته و مشکلات خود را مطرح ساخته و راه حل های دوستان خود را در مورد مشکلشان دریافت نمایند.
با این انجمن می توانید پرل را بصورت اصولی و پایه ای یاد بگیرید.
